The present information age is
affecting all of the creative arts and
I feel it is important to focus on a poetic
state of the mind in interaction with the
natural world. I am working towards
developing my expression towards
a certain positive monumentality with
the theme of juxtaposing the history of
culture with the laterality of contemporary
modes of thought. The experience of living
in the present era shouldn´t be an obstacle
for reflective states of being. These are but
some thoughts that occure to me about
my work and I hope the paintings will give
some thoughts and inspiration for the public.
